Moritz Land Trio

Founded in Leipzig, the Moritz Land Trio presents a well-balanced blend of carefully curated jazz standards and original compositions by Cologne-born guitarist and bandleader Moritz Land. The ensemble is completed by Lukas Growe on double bass and Timothy Remfrey on drums.

Through years of close collaboration, the trio has refined its distinctive sound, rooted in traditional guitar jazz in the spirit of pioneers such as Wes Montgomery. At the same time, the trio experiments with fresh and modern forms of expression in its musical language.
